Off the starting blocks!

The Autumn layout
Great fun was had at the scrap book crop I even managed to get 2 pages done! I still have the journaling to do but at least its a start.

Some of the completed autumn just the journaling to do

The next theme is the zoo so once more I am enjoying looking through the photos so I am ready to join in again
.
If you are local to Ipswich and would like to join us the crop takes place on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 1pm. The layouts cost £3.50 each. You need to bring along your basic kit of glues and cutting equipment to enable you to join in. Refreshments are available to purchase. If you wish to do the zoo theme then it is advisable to send an email to let us know to ensure we have enough however we do have lots of other layouts for you to choose from.

To find out more about us and what we do you can pop over to our website www.wigglywoocraftemporium.co.uk

Until next time Happy Crafting!!!

Scrap Booking Fun!

I have always wanted to get involved with scrap booking, many years ago I bought several albums so I could make one for each of my sons to take with them when they fly the nest.

Well so far one son has flown and is coming back to live with us again for another couple of years and the albums have remained on top of the wardrobe still in their original packaging!

So what better way for me to get cracking before they all leave home (Well hopefully not too long!) than to start up a scrap booking group at the emporium.

The lovely Sue that does the cards which I sell in the shop has been busy making up page layouts that have incidentally been selling like hot cakes and she will be making up the layouts for our monthly crops.
I have crate of photos that I need to look through before our first meet on Thursday! Somehow I think its going to be a long night for me...

If you would like to know more about scrap booking a good friend of mine has written an amazing article about how to start and the equipment needed to get cropping CLICK HERE to read all about it

Right I'm off to get lost in a stack load of memories
Until next time happy crafting!
